Going live with Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on his 'Twitter' handle has brought some complainants quick action and fast response in less than 48 hours.
Not only have they got their specific problems solved and mess around cleaned up, but also secured facilities like additional bus services in late hours on certain routes to the advantage of hundreds of fellow denizens, an official spokesperson said here today.
"The promptitude with which their grievances have been acted upon, looks for any parallel," he added.
Taking prompt action on a complaint regarding the burning of garbage, lodged by a resident of Sonipat, the Chief Minister's Office directed the Sonipat Deputy Commissioner to address the issue at the earliest.
The complainant had posted on CM's twitter handle that garbage was being burnt at an empty plot opposite the TDI City near Sector 15, Sonipat.
Officials found that some private garbage collectors working in some sectors were burning the garbage, they warned them that action would be taken under the National Green Tribunal's order in this matter.
In a quick response to the tweets regarding the absence of bus services in late hours on certain routes, the Transport Department has introduced buses for the convenience of passengers, the official said.
Following tweets by people, bus services was launched on the Gurgaon-Rohtak route after 5 PM, and on the Gurgaon- Bahadurgarh as well as Yamunanagar to Ambala routes bus at 5:30 PM.
Meanwhile, action was also taken on a complaint tweeted by another person regarding door-to-door garbage collection scheme launched by the Amabla Municipal Corporation, the spokesperson said.

Checking staff will be deputed at IFFCO Chowk to ensure that the timings are adhered to.
"Similarly, ten buses have been pressed into service on Gurgaon-Bahadurgarh route by the Transport Department from 4.20 pm to 8.00 pm daily. The last bus on this route will leave Gurgaon at 8.00 pm," Satyaprakash said.
The decision comes after Khattar's question and answer session with public on Twitter on Friday where people had requested him to introduce bus services on the two routes, which do not have much public transport services to rely on.
