Hatsun Agro promoter sells 2% stake for Rs 231.5 cr

Dairy firm Hatsun Agro Product's promoter R G Chandramogan today sold 2 per cent stake in the company for over Rs 231 crore through an open market transaction.
According to the bulk deal data available with the NSE, Chandramogan offloaded 31.50 lakh shares amounting to 2.07 per cent stake in the the dairy firm.
The shares were disposed of at an average price of Rs 735 apiece, valuing the transaction at Rs 231.52 crore, the data showed.
Among the buyers was DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund, which bought 18.90 lakh shares for Rs 138.91 crore.
The stock of Hatsun Agro Product ended at Rs 745, up 0.05 per cent from its previous close, on the NSE today.
