The other two are TPG Asia MD & Country Head-India Puneet Bhatia and Ameet Kumar Gupta from Havells.
"With the addition of the three Directors on the Havells Board, the total no of Directors goes up to 12," the company said in a statement.
Gupta will also be the whole time director of the company.
It would be effective from January 1, 2015, Havells India a USD 1.3 billion company said.
Havells has presence in over 50 countries across the globe with 94 branches. It has 14 manufacturing units in India and 6 located across Europe, Latin America and Africa.
