Dismissing the petition, Justice K S Sasidharan held that none of the students were parties to the petition and they would be put to great loss and hardship if the government was restrained from reallocating them.
The government has reallocated the students after the MCI last month withdrew its approval to the college with retrospective effect from the academic year 2010-11.
Challenging this, the college moved the high court and sought an interim order restraining the reallocation of the students.
The Judge observed that nothing prevented the petitioner from impleading all the students before seeking an interim order.
