"Fifteenth day of traffic month started with enforcement of 'No Entry Order' issued by SSP Gautam Buddha Nagar Preetinder Singh restricting heavy goods vehicles entering into the Noida city areas in the peak hours to facilitate the commuters and to enhance road safety. 45 vehicles challaned for violating no entry orders," said Rajeev Narain Mishra, Superintendent of Police(traffic).
"Traffic team deputed for imparting awareness and education visited two more educational institutions Apeejay Public School and Modern Public School and educated more than 1,300 students about traffic rules and road safety," said Mishra.
"On November 13, traffic police challanced 1,534 vehicles and collected cash fine of Rs 1,45,400. On November 14, the team challaned 1,369 vehicles and recovered cash fine of Rs 1,62,250," he said.
