Clinton will appear in the October 3 episode and will join "SNL" cast member and frequent Hillary Clinton impersonator Kate McKinnon on the show, reported The Wrap.
Clinton previously appeared on the live sketch comedy series in 2008 alongside Amy Poehler doing her Clinton impersonation.
The Season 41 premiere will feature Cyrus pulling double duty as both host and musical guest.
The entire cast from last season will return, with the addition of new featured player Jon Rudnitsky.
