Under the scheme, financial assistance will be offered to students pursuing Engineering, Medicine, B Pharm, Diploma, Nursing and ITI courses.
The scheme is open mainly to students from Thiruvananthapuram district, studying at any educational institution within Kerala, a release said here today.
While five selected MBBS students will receive an annual grant of Rs 30,000 each, students seeking scholarships for Engineering and B.Pharm will get Rs 20,000. Students pursuing diploma and nursing courses will get Rs 10,000 each and those pursuing ITI will receive Rs 5,000 annually.
The funds for Pratheeksha Charitable Society are raised through employee contributions and from the company's CSR fund.
