Hotelier found murdered near Guhagar beach

A 60-year-old hotelier was found murdered here today afternoon, the police said.
Vishwas Mahadev Khare ran a hotel at Varcha Paat near Guhagar beach and was known for his his efforts to conserve Olive Ridley turtles.
He was also known to be fond of wearing gold, which could be the cause of his murder, the Guhagar police said.
Investgations are on, though nobody has been arrested so for, the police said.
