Idols stolen from temple

were stolen from a temple in Mira Mushari village in Bihar's Saran district, police said today.

Unidentified thieves barged into the temple late last night and decamped with the dieties of Lord Ram, Janaki, Laxman and Hanuman, worth crores of rupees, the sources said.

A case has been lodged in this connection and raids were being carried out to recover the idols, they said.

The idols were installed in the temple in Mira Mushari village about 60-70 years ago, according to the villagers.
