IICA and Thomson Reuters to hold programmes on corp governance

Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) has joined hands with Thomson Reuters to hold orientation programmes for companies as well as officials from government and regulatory bodies with an aim to raise awareness on corporate regulation and governance.
IICA in collaboration with Thomson Reuters will hold sector specific orientation programmes that would cover range of topics including corporate governance, board effectiveness and industry trends, among others.
The first programme would be held for the pharmaceutical sector, Thomson Reuters said in a statement today.
