The prestigious event, conducted by Equestrian Federation of India and which started on December 26, sawwide participation of accomplished civilian riders from across the country, besides riders from the defence forces and academies, an INA press release said today.
The event concluded today.
Lt.Col. Sandeep Kumar led the INA team at this 10 day long championship conducted at the Army Equestrian Club.
Cadet Arun Kumar came first in a tightly contested race in the 'Junior Hacks' category on horse 'Azad' and announced his arrival on the big stage by winning the Gold medal.
In the 'Young Riders Hacks' category, Cadet Kaushal Kumar on horse 'Vertigo' and Cadet Yagvalik Singh on horse 'Gambler' shared the Silver medal while Cadet Jithu Singh clinched the Bronze medal, the release added.
