With its demographic dividend, India will have a high growth trajectory, Australia's High Commissioner to India Harinder Sidhu said today.
India has a large population and a high number of educated youth, so the country was poised for accelerated development, Sidhu said, addressing the students of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University here.
She was the chief guest at an award function at the institute and presented gold medal to K Naga Srilakshmi Pravallika, a topper in the Electronics and Communication Engineering batch which passed out this year.
