Infant's body fished out from backwaters

: The body of a two-year-old boy, who fell into the backwaters here while travelling in a houseboat with his parents, was recovered today, police said.
The incident occurred near Kuttamangalam last evening.
Police said the child, hailing from Kozhikode district, might have slipped and fallen into the water.
Besides the bereaved family, there were five other families in the boat when it commenced its journey from Punnamada, they said.
