"Immediately after the performance at Nazrul Manch we felt like being mobbed by fans as the atmosphere was electric. We would love to be in the city again," band's lead singer Marko Saaresto told reporters after the show last night.
"This was our third visit to your country, but the first to Kolkata. We would love to do a fusion with Indian rag music," Marko said.
Coming back to the Nazrul Manch show, he said "thousands of people turned up and there were people standing outside the venue. We felt connected this way with the public which is the soul of band music."
The Finnish rockers Poets of the Fall, who belted out numbers from their latest album 'Temple Of Thought', were on a tour of Indian cities including Bengaluru, Delhi and Pune.
People from the musical fraternity including leading composer Debajyoti Misra, singer Anupam Roy, prominent rocksar Rupam of Fossils band sat through the concert organised by E365 Media Solutions.
