The PE fund didn't disclose the amount of stake picked up in the hospitality chain that operates restaurants like Indigo, Indigo Deli, Neel, Tote on the Turf and Moveable Feast, in Mumbai and New Delhi.
DeGustibus Hospitality was recently in the news after chef Rahul Akerkar split from the company.
"deGustibus is one of the most consistent and reputed brands in the food services sector. It has a long-standing culture of excellence and delivering delightful experiences to consumers," IVFA partner Haresh Chawla said in a statement.
IVFA is entering with the twin objectives of strengthening and growing the current brands by adding more outlets, and also introduce new concepts to penetrate new market segments, Chawla added.
