Hardline Hurriyat conference led by Syed Ali Shah Geelani today accused the Jammu and Kashmir government of taking an ambiguous stand on west Pakistan refugees, saying the state was under no obligation to rehabilitate them.
The Hurriyat was reacting to Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed's statement that the state government will ensure employment opportunities for the West Pakistan Refugees in the private sector.
