"A dedicated phone number has been alloted to take direct calls from the people on every Wednesday from 10:00am to 11:00am at my office," Deputy Commissioner Kathua, Jitendra Kumar Singh, said.
"Using the facility people of Kathua can interact with me and other district officials to get their problems solves," he said.
"The motive behind Prayas is to save time and money of the common man, who otherwise has to cover long distance to convey their grievances," Singh said.
"The website will be a one click destination of important database of different nature and discipline useful for the information of general public," he said.
