Jakson to install rooftop solar plant at Rashtrapati Bhawan

Jakson Group today said it has secured a contract to install a rooftop solar plant of 508 kWp capacity at the Rashtrapati Bhawan.
The company will design installs, commission and maintain this plant, Jakson Group said in a statement, adding that the project is expected to be commissioned by this year end.
The project will generate approximately 7.41 lakh units per year, it added.
Jakson is among top 2 players in India Solar Rooftop market and has a portfolio of 30 MW Rooftop project so far, Jakson Group VC and MD Sundeep Gupta said in the statement.
