She has ordered continuation of release of water from Amaravathi dam to areas including old and new ayacut irrigation regions in Tirupur and Karur districts, she said in an official release.
She had earlier ordered release of water since November 30 last year to such regions and since the time limit fixed for such outflow comes to a close today, she has ordered extension from tomorrow, she said.
