The 35-year-old actress made the revelations to Ellen DeGeneres during a recent interview for the comedian's show, reported Us magazine.
"You walk up and down and you're getting exercise, so I didn't even need to go to the gym - not like I go to the gym, but I was like, I really don't need to go to the gym," Alba said of walking around with her daughters, Honor and Haven, over Halloween weekend.
Despite telling DeGeneres she never goes to the gym, Alba earlier said in a magazine interview that she works out regularly - but she's not hard on herself if she misses a workout here and there.
