Jharkhand HC directs state bodies to declare assets

A bench comprising Chief Justice Prakashchandra Tantia and Jaya Rai issued the notice to office bearers of the government bodies to declare their assets.

The notice was issued on a PIL filed by Citizen Cause, which had alleged corruption by the state bodies in its petition.

The court directed the next hearing to be held four weeks from now.
