The 21-year-old singer, who appeared during the second day of the 2015 iHeartMedia Music Summit in Burbank, California, described his new music as "very awesome", reported Ace Showbiz.
"I've been working really hard on it. I've been taking my time. I haven't put out an album in over three years," he said.
During the event, Bieber also treated the Music Summit crowd to "What Do You Mean" which has been confirmed as the first single off the yet-to-be-titled album that's marking his first since 2012's Believe.
