It was their duty to complete all round development of Lucknow as conceptualised by Vajpayee, Kalyan told a function in Indira Nagar.
The BJP leader said as Prime Minister during the NDA regime, Vajpayee had earmarked an outlay for development which accelerated the pace of development in the country.
He said the former Premier saw a dream for development of Lucknow in which facilities of power, water, road, health and education were easily available.
Kalraj said he would try to realise this dream.
UP BJP chief Laxmi Kant Bajpai said Vajpayee laid a network of roads in the country up to village level.
