Geoff Collman, 75, who was with Moss' mother, Linda, for 25 years, is battling with cancer. The couple parted ways back in 2014, reported Mirror.
Collman slammed the British-born diva for not even calling him once.
"I would have thought she would have called and said, 'Do you want some private medical help?," Collman said.
Admitting the downfall of his relationship with Moss, he added, "After a 20 year relationship I'd expect at least a call."
"Every time I see her grinning in the paper with a bloke, I think I could be dead in an hour," he added.
