The 21-year-old model is taking legal action against a joke company, Celeb Jihad, after it allegedly edited topless images of the blonde beauty from her Sports Illustrated magazine shoot, reported TMZ.
Upton's legal team immediately sent the website a letter threatening to sue if it did not remove the fake snapshots.
Her lawyers were not only concerned about the photos but they also claimed in the letter that the pictures had been airbrushed.
Celeb Jihad has since removed the images, which it reportedly branded "boring" and "horrible", from its website.
