The couple was spotted enjoying a romantic meal in Malibu and spending time together at the 39-year-old actor's house, reported People magazine.
"They have been more low-key lately and seem more private about their relationships. They act like they are more serious." a source said.
"They went to Malibu Soho House and spent the weekend there. They sat on the patio and looked very happy," the source added.
The actor and pop star, 31, have started dating earlier this year after Perry split from boyfriend John Mayer last July.
