Kevin Hart arrested
The cops stopped the 32-year-old after he was spotted speeding and driving 'erratic' in his black Mercedes on a freeway, reported People magazine.
A spokesman from California Highway Patrol said, "He was going 90 mph and almost collided with a gas tanker truck. He showed objective signs of intoxication and was unable to perform field sobriety tests."
Hart was booked for misdemeanour DUI and is currently being held and arrested on a USD 5,000 bond.
