Kardashian was apparently being followed by some five cars and once she was pulled over, the photographers jumped out of their cars to click her pictures, causing traffic chaos, reported TMZ.
The website said that there was even a helicopter hovering over the reality star.
Police is apparently keen to punish the photographers for risking the lives of many by stopping to click photographs.
