The 35-year-old "Keeping Up With The Kardashian" star's presence was immediately noticed by her fans as she was previously following 121 accounts on Twitter (before robbery) but as on Friday she follows 107 people, reported Entertainment Tonight.
However, Kardashian has not yet tweeted anything. Her last post was on October 3.
She is still "shaken up" about the incident and "doesn't feel ready to talk about it," according to a source.
"Right now, she's still focused on trying to feel better about the whole situation. Kim is at home with (her kids) North and Saint in Los Angeles. Her mom (Kris Jenner) and sisters visit her regularly. They're being great and supporting her in every way they can," the source added.
