The former Congress Chief Minister, a staunch supporter of united Andhra Pradesh, began his two-day road show from Jaggaihpet town but failed to draw large crowd.
According to party sources, Kiran had expected supporters of former Congress MP L Rajagopal to join his road show, but they were conspicuous by their absence.
During the campaign, Kiran singled out TRS President K Chandrasekhar Rao and Congress leaders for criticism.
The upcoming election in Andhra Pradesh will be a fight between between the pride of Andhra people and arrogance of Congress high command, he said.
