Kovind, Modi wish KCR on birthday
Kovind called up KCR in the morning over phone and conveyed his wishes, an official release said.
"On his birthday, I convey my greetings to Telangana CM, KCR Garu. I pray for his wonderful health and long life," Modi tweeted.
Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Governor ESL Narasimhan, also wished Rao, on his 64th birthday and extended warm greetings to him, a statement from the Raj Bhavan said.
"(The) Governor wished K Chandrasekhar Rao, long and healthy life in the service of Telangana state and the people," it said.
