The 70-year-old and "The Hateful Eight" actor have been together since 1983, and even though they have never wed, they are considered to have one of the strongest unions in Hollywood, reported Contactmusic.
Hawn insists it isn't all plain sailing though, with the pair working hard to keep the romantic spark alive.
"We have our ups and downs live everybody else. You have to want to stay together, and we really want to. Therefore, you work to be together. We don't have a perfect relationship, sometimes I get mad and sometimes Kurt gets mad. It's normal," she said.
"Continuing to listen and grow is important because we get
into bad habits in relationships. We're cognisant of these things in our relationships, being mindful and caring and listening. In relationships, particularly love relationships, people are impatient. They don't listen.
