The basketball star, who was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel, apparently tested positive for cocaine when he was admitted to hospital in Las Vegas but after initially hinting at drug charges, law enforcement sources have said that this is now a remote possibility, reported TMZ.
This comes after Nye County District Attorney Angela Bello said in a statement, "The Nye County Sheriff's Office has asked the Nye County District Attorney's Office to review a request for prosecution against Lamar Odom for Use of, or Under the Influence of, a Controlled Substance.
Meanwhile, the 36-year-old estranged husband of Khloe Kardashian is said to be doing much better.
