LIC signs MoU with J&K Bank to implement PMJJB Yojna

Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of India today signed an MoU with Jammu and Kashmir Bank for providing insurance coverage to savings bank account holders under the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY).
The scheme will give life coverage of Rs 2,00,000 between age 18 to 50 years in case of death due to accident or natural to account holders of the bank with very low premium of Rs 330, a spokesman of J&K Bank said.
