The maximum temperature was recorded at 31.6 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature had settled at 25 degrees Celsius, both two notches below season's average, a MeT official said.
"Safdarjung received 1.8 mm rainfall while Lodhi Road received 0.8 mm rainfall between 8.30 AM and 5.30 PM today," the official said adding that areas under Palam, Ayanagar and Ridge did not record any rainfall.
The humidity in air oscillated between 70 and 87 per cent.
In a forecast for tomorrow, the MeT official said, "The skies will be generally cloudy. Rains or thundershowers could occur in many parts of the city."
Yesterday, the maximum temperature and minimum temperature were recorded at 31.3 degrees Celsius and 25.2 degrees Celsius.
