Maj Gen Kumar new GOC Tiger Division

In a simple ceremony, outgoing GOC Maj Gen Surinder Singh handed over the charge to Maj Gen Kumar, a defence spokesman said.

Maj Gen Kumar had commanded an Air Defence Regiment and an Infantry Brigade and also served as Deputy General Officer Commanding of a Division in JK.
