Acting on a tip-off, Mirik police nabbed Narbu Bhutia, a resident of Mirik Krishnagar last night for selling intoxicating products illegally, the police officer said today.
Bhutia was booked uder West Bengal Excise Act 1909, 46(A)(C) for unlawful manufacture of spirit or transport of intoxicants and produced in court. He was remanded later in jail custody, the officer said.
