Man arrested for raping minor girl
The accused, identified as Shabir Ahmad Wani of Aliyalpora area of the district, raped the 12-year-old girl on November 25 last year, they said.
Later, on the complaint of the victim's family members, a case was registered against Wani, who was absconding since then.
He was produced in a local court, which remanded him to police custody for further investigations, police added.
