The victim's father has been arrested while a hunt is on to nab the other accused, police said.
The incident came to light when the girl approached police, they said.
The victim was taken to a government hospital for medical examination which confirmed rape, they said.
The girl lived with her mother, who was living separately after filing a complaint of domestic violence against her husband, they said.
