Holding Sunil Gupta guilty yesterday, Additional District Judge D P N Singh also slapped a fine of Rs 30,000 on him, prosecution counsel Harsh Narayan Prasad said.
The girl was kidnapped and raped by Gupta in November 2009. Later, a case was registered on the direction of a local court.
