District Additional Sessions Judge (ADJ) L L Garg convicted 28-year-old accused Rajkumar Gurjar and also slapped a fine of Rs 25,000 on him.
Gurjar had raped the teenage victim on September 18 last year when she was alone at Pipraipura village under Saraychola police station area, Deputy Director of prosecution Arun Shrivastava said.
"After the incident, the girl reported the ordeal to her family who lodged a police complaint. Gurjar was arrested and charged under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act," he added.
