Man jumps before Metro train; safe

Asif, a resident of Sadar Bazar in the capital, jumped before the train at R K Ashram Marg Metro Station, officials said.

However, the alert train driver applied brakes in time which saved the life of Asif.

The incident took place during the evening hours and this led to delay in services on the line for sometime.
