The body of Aabad, 25, was found today morning at his brother Naaj's residence in Rihan Garden locality under Lisadhi Gate police station, police said here.
As per the complaint lodged by Aabad's wife Sayara, her husband had last night gone to the house of Naaj who allegedly killed him by slitting his throat after they got into a fight over an ongoing land dispute between the two brothers.
According to police, Naaj confessed to the crime and said he was in a drunken state when he killed his brother.
