Justice Ashok Kumar Saxena (fast track court) pronounced the quantum of punishment against Mukesh Mishra (29), a resident of Khaliladad town under police circle Khalilabad Kotwali, for raping his mother on January 29 2014.
An FIR was registered against him by the mother after the incident and he was arrested. The father had also deposed in the court in the case.
Government Pleader Mohmad Mukram said that besides ten- year imprisonment, the court also imposed a fine of Rs. 20,000, failing which one-year additional imprisonment would be imposed on the convict.
