Rakesh Saini, who is married and lives in Qutubpur Colony locality with his wife and two children, kept the victim, who claims to be pregnant, in dark about his marital status, police said.
After arrest, Rakesh was produced before a local court which remanded him in judicial custody.
Rakesh had met the woman five years back and had promised to marry her and get a lucrative job, police said.
The woman, however, recently visited Rakesh's house where she came to know about his family, after which she lodged a complaint yesterday.
A case of causing hurt and criminal intimidation was also registered against Rakesh's father Ram Kishan Saini, brother Parveen and two others on the woman's complaint, they said.
