The victim's brother claimed in his complaint to the police that the accused identified as -- Neeraj, Jeetu and Ankit often used to take bath in their balcony, which is in front of the former's house, and made obscene gestures at his family members.
The issue escalated after Neeraj and his brothers were asked not to do so but when they did not relent, the victim, Suraj, recorded a video of their activities and shared it with people of the area, which angered the three brothers, a senior police official said.
A quarrel ensued between them following which the accused allegedly attacked Suraj with knives and scissors, leaving him critically injured, he said.
Suraj was rushed to the AIIMS trauma centre where doctors declared him brought dead, the official said.
A case was registered and Neeraj arrested while a hunt is on for Ankit and Jeetu, who are absconding.
