Man who escaped from police custody arrested

The police have arrested a man charged with kidnapping, who escaped from custody during a medical checkup at a hospital in Udhampur on October 25, an official said today.
Sanjay Kumar alias Jaggu (19) was taken to the district hospital for medical checkup on October 25, but he managed to escape, he said.
"We have re-arrested him. He was arrested on October 20 for kidnapping a girl in Udhampur," the official said.
He was arrested on a tip off from Domial area in Udhampur last night by the police.
Two policemen were suspended in connection with incident, he said.
