Mandy Moore selling off marital home

The house Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams called home during their six-year marriage is on the market.
The former couple is selling the five-bedroom Los Feliz pad in Los Angeles for just over USD 3.1 million, reported Billboard magazine.
Singer and actress Moore bought the place in 2002 for over USD 1.7 million.
The couple decided to end the relationship just weeks before its sixth wedding anniversary in March, 2015.
Moore and Adams "mutually decided" to end their marriage in January, 2015, but legal documents filed at the time suggested the couple separated the previous summer. They wed in Savannah, Georgia in March, 2009, after dating for close to a year.

Their representative announced the divorce news in a statement, which read, "Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams have mutually decided to end their marriage of almost six years. It is a respectful, amicable parting of ways and both Mandy and Ryan are asking for media to respect their privacy at this time.
