Meadow honoured the 39-year-old "The Devil Wears Prada" actor in the ceremony held at the Monterey Bay Aquarium on Saturday.
Grenier was lauded with the award for his work with "The Lonely Whale" organization which aims at bringing people closer to world's oceans through education and awareness, inspiring empathy and action for ocean health and the well being of marine wildlife, reported People.
