Marg ERP equips customers with GST billing technology

Business solution software provider firm Marg ERP today said it has equipped 100 per cent of its existing customers with GST billing technology within a week of the roll out of new indirect tax regime.
The company has a customer base of over seven lakh.
"We have been able to achieve a shift for 100 per cent of our customers to the new GST billing technology. GST implementation has necessitated large scale technology adoption," said Sudhir Singh, Managing Director, Marg ERP.
He said the company had organised multi-city road show on GST awareness, "the first of its kind in the country" last year, and also set up over 5,000 GST help desks to educate 5 lakh SMEs and MSMEs on the new tax regime.

Taxmann upgrades GST software for simplified invoicing * GST Suvidha Provider (GSP) Taxmann has upgraded its GST compliance software, 'One Solution' for simplified invoicing under the new indirect tax regime that came into force from July 1.
One Solution, it said "gives freedom" to configure the invoices' formats as per business or profession needs. It also provides facility to pre-define the invoice fields and remove the irrelevant fields from the invoice screens.
"One Solution can generate invoice for domestic supply, exports along with the creation of debit notes, credit notes, advance receipt vouchers and ISD Invoices," said Taxmann, which is also one of the leading publisher of tax and corporate laws.
